Patriot BBQ & Charity Raffle

Boerne Sunrise Rotary president, Steve Artale, has announced the annual Patriot BBQ has been scheduled for October 9, 2021 from 1 p.m. – 6 p.m.  This year’s event will return to Tusculum Brewing Company located at 236 S. Main Street, in Boerne TX.  Artale stated, “This year’s event has grown in size and scope including musical entertainment by Ken Muniz Bauchman from 5 to 8 p.m.”.

BSR Event Coordinator Reg Cully said “Ticket holders will be able to either pick-up their barbecue as a drive-through  at Tusculum Brewing Company or enjoy outdoor seating per Covid-19 regulations at Tusculum.”

Proceeds from the event will support local charities including Kendall County Women’s Shelter, Hill Country Daily Bread, Boerne ISD AFROTC, local veteran’s organizations as well as scholarships for graduating seniors from BISD.

Lead Sponsors for the 2021 Patriot BBQ are Tresle, Inc., The Raivax Group, Tusculum Brewing Co. and Hungry Horse Restaurant.

Two levels of tickets can be purchased for the event.  Patriot BBQ tickets can be purchased for $20 each and includes a free raffle ticket.  Separate raffle tickets can be purchased for $10 each.  There is no limit on the number of tickets that can be purchased. Tables can also be purchased at $500.00 including 10 seats and 20 raffle tickets. This will include advertisement of the sponsoring business. All raffle tickets must be purchased by October 8^th online or at the event.    The raffle drawing will be held at the event at 4:30 p.m.  Ticket holders need not be present to win.  A listing of the event sponsors and raffle items can be found on the Patriot BBQ web page.
