The mission of The United Methodist Church Boerne is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. First United Methodist Church in Boerne is extremely excited & blessed to be celebrating their 150th anniversary here in Boerne.
 
FUMC Boerne offers both Contemporary (9:30AM) & Traditional (11:00AM) Sunday morning worship. We worship in a beautiful Sanctuary with pews & stained glass, but also a wonderful, relaxed atmosphere. Our Praise Band at 9:30AM, & our Choir & Handbells at 11:00AM, lead the music for these services, where all are welcome & everyone belongs.
 
We offer several programs for the kids including:
 
FUMC Boerne Family Music- We're excited to be back offering a class for our babies & toddlers with Ms. Nikki on Monday mornings starting September 8 (following the BISD calendar) at 10:15AM.  There are so many foundational social & academic skills that we work on in this class. We want them to be accessible to all children.
 
FUMC Boerne Preschool - Offers a 2-day program, Tuesday & Thursday, for 18-month-olds through 4 years of age & a 3-day program, Tuesday through Thursday, for 2 year olds through transitional kindergarten. We offer a loving environment where we develop curriculum around Christian values & developmentally appropriate teaching practices that encourages children with an environment that will nurture, support, & enrich them on a daily basis. We provide opportunities for academic readiness, vocabulary development, social skills, gross motor skills, creative art & music with an understanding of the Christian faith through songs & bible stories.
 
FUMC Boerne Youth - Middle & High School students are welcome to join us weekly on Tuesday for youth breakfasts at 7:15AM.  The boys' group meets at Taqueria Reyna & the girls' group meets at Mague's. We also meet weekly for Wednesday Night's @ 1^st in our Family Life Center for dinner & small groups, 5:30-7:30PM.
