Join us for a ribbon cutting celebrating the Grand Opening of the Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center's Leon Springs location!

The Hill Country Pregnancy Care Center has been saving lives, strengthening families and educating youth in the Hill Country since 1987. All services are free, fully confidential, and available to anyone. The medical staff and education advocates are ready to serve you at any of our locations: Boerne, Comfort or Leon Springs! Their free services include pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, STD/STI testing and treatment, material assistance, adoption referrals, prenatal education, childbirth and parenting classes, fatherhood programs and so much more. We do take walk-ins, or call us / text us for help anytime at 830-249-9717.
