Sourdough Workshop

Experience a hands-on class at Herff Farm exploring the history, science, and techniques of sourdough breadmaking. Led by Andrea Bohn, this workshop will guide you through every step, from understanding fermentation to kneading, shaping, and baking your own loaf. Perfect for beginners or experienced bakers!

Participants will receive a kit with:

• Mixing bowl
• Dutch whisk
• Wooden spoon
• Kitchen towel
• A loaf in progress
• An established sourdough starter

By the end, you'll leave with a fresh loaf, a starter for future baking, and the skills to create delicious sourdough at home.
