The Secure Act 2.0 coupled with the impending new tax legislation, will prompt business owners and wealthy families to identify and mitigate potential legal/tax risks when it comes to their business and estate planning strategies. In this presentation, Desiree Day reviews potential opportunities that business owners and high net worth individuals should be aware of as they plan for their future.
