Title: Community Engagement & Executive Support Coordinator – Innovative & Strategic Role
Location: Boerne, TX | Compensation: $18/hr + PTO & Benefits

This full-time position is perfect for a high-capacity individual who loves combining creativity with systems, excels in connecting with people, and thrives in an organized, Christ-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:
?? Be innovative with community partnerships that expand our reach and referral base
?? Design and implement innovative outreach campaigns using Canva, Constant Contact, and Meta tools
?? Analyze outreach data to refine strategy and guide future initiatives
?? Support client care with front desk assistance, scheduling, and a warm presence
?? Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Director: calendar, follow-up, budget, communication

What You Bring:
? A strategic mindset and strong organizational skills
? 2+ years in community outreach, marketing, or executive support
? Fluency with content creation and digital communication platforms
? Passion for client care and Christ-centered service
? Emotionally mature and ministry-minded
