Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Lodging Concierge and Member Relations Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position plays a vital part in delivering exceptional experiences to our lodge guests and club members alike. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about hospitality and member engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lodging Concierge Duties

Coordinate and schedule Lodge reservations for members and guests

Assist in crafting personalized and memorable experiences for Lodge guests

Facilitate all concierge services, including dining, recreation, and special requests

Respond to and manage after-hours lodge inquiries and calls on a rotating basis

Perform post-cleaning walkthroughs of guest rooms alongside Housekeeping to ensure readiness

Maintain and update the Lodge Room Arrival Sheet

Support the Lodging Director with daily operations, guest needs, and special projects
Member Relations Responsibilities

Serve as a representative of the Membership Director in their absence

Conduct Membership Tours and New Member Orientations as needed

Follow up with new members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

Input and maintain accurate new member information in internal systems

Prepare and organize new member welcome packets and orientation binders

Provide administrative support and assistance to the Membership department
Qualifications

Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or club/membership services preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
