Position Overview
The Executive Assistant at Crestmont Private Wealth will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient operations and communications within the firm. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional capable of handling various tasks and responsibilities with discretion and professionalism.Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Office Management: Ensure smooth operation of the office, including managing supplies, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining office equipment.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
