Duties

- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining room efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with guests regarding wait times and menu offerings.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about menu options, hours of operation, and special events.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their overall experience.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for managing reservations and guest check-ins efficiently.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with food service operations is a plus but not required; training will be provided as needed.
- A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
